
Within my blog I plan to write about a range of lifestyle interests including, food, health, exercise, fashion, beauty, family, work and anything else that comes to mind! I invite you as the reader to comment and be part of the experience and ask too that you tell others about my blog—thank you!

As this is pretty new, it will take a little time to build up a decent archive but stay with me and feel free to ask me to comment on something that interests you.
So a little about me…..
My name is Michaela and my aim in life is to live life to the full in every way I can. I know that my idea of 'life to the full' won't be the same as yours but that's as it should be because we are all very different and unique - which I love! 'Life to the full' is also a journey and lets be honest, not everyday can be overwhelmingly spectacular but this only serves to highlight the days that are. We are all many 'things' to many people and here are some of the 'things' that are part of my life. I’m happily married, a mum of two and our family is proud to own two lovely cats. I have my own business as a Health Management Coach, helping clients to make positive changes to their eating and activity habits with an emphasis on behaviour change so please do check out my website: www.michaelahyde.com. I also work for the MEND programme which has similar values to my own business but in this instance I work in my local borough with children and their families. I have other freelance work including presenting and occasional modelling. My interests include running, netball, cooking, fashion, interiors, reading, films, theatre to name but a few.
